SUMMARY:Logistics & production in transition - more efficient processes with AI
DESCRIPTION:How data\, sensor technology and artificial intelligence are shaping the future of production and logistics\n\n\nArtificial intelligence can create added value in many areas of a company – from increasing efficiency by automating time-consuming processes to using generative AI as an assistant for daily tasks and opening up new business areas. The key question is no longer when\, but how AI should be introduced in your own company. To answer this question\, four different areas of application for artificial intelligence in business processes will be presented in this event. \nOur topics \n\nDigital twins in manufacturing companies: Fields of application and the path to application – Christian Bruss | EDIH Hamburg\nData? I have it\, don’t I? – How to make your company AI-ready – Steffen Treske | Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg \nA look into the crystal ball – AI for time series analysis – Tjark Zeiher | EDIH Hamburg\nImage recognition in practice – AI as the eye of production – Jan Fischer | Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg\n\nAfterwards\, we look forward to discussing various application scenarios with you at interactive stations: \n\nSmart supply chain: Discover how digital networking makes transport chains more transparent and secure.\nCarbon Visualization in Supply Chains: Get to know the CarVis demonstrator for visualizing CO2 emissions along complex\, global supply chains. Using the demonstrator\, the influence of different sourcing strategies on the CO2 footprint can be recognized and compared. \nAI for checking the completeness of picks: Test the KIVOK demonstrator\, which reads order data from the ERP system and compares it with current AI image recognition and segmentation systems to determine whether all parts of a picking order have been successfully picked.\nAI Navigator: Is AI relevant for me and my company? In which areas do I even need it? How do I ensure successful implementation? The AI Navigator developed as part of a research project will help you answer these and other questions. \n\nPlease note the following information: \nBy registering\, you confirm that you have taken note of the privacy policy(Privacy Policy – 2025 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de) and legal information(Imprint – Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg 2025 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de). SUMMARY:AI consultation hour
DESCRIPTION:AI can reduce energy costs\, relieve your employees and much more. Find out with us where your company can benefit. \n\n\nYou hear everywhere how AI can optimize all areas\, but you want to find out what this means for your company? \nTo give you an idea of how AI is used successfully\, here are two examples: \n\nQuality assurance (QA):In many cases\, QA is carried out visually. Be it by looking at the product or with the help of X-ray images. AI recognizes anomalies at the same level as trained experts\, but much faster. AI can therefore filter out unobjectionable cases at lightning speed\, giving your employees more time to assess unclear cases. This increases performance and frees up your specialists\, who are now available for other tasks. \nSupply chain management:An important area of supply chain management is assessing the delivery reliability of suppliers. AI can predict the reliability of deliveries with an approx. 80% probability\, which enables forward planning: regardless of whether you place the order elsewhere or instruct your production to bring forward other orders – you will be prepared. \n\nDo you have a different problem or would you like to find out more? Then book a lesson with our AI trainer Christian Bruss. Whether you already have an elaborate plan for implementing your AI concept or are just reading the letters AI for the first time\, our AI trainer will be happy to help you! \nProcedure:With your registration you agree to a time slot in the period from 9:00 – 18:00. Your final time slot for the AI consultation hour will be allocated to you by our AI trainer. The sender of the e-mail with the information about your personal time slot and your access data is the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). In addition\, our AI trainer will contact you in advance to define your individual wishes with regard to the content of the AI consultation hour. \nChoose from the following time slots: \n\n9:00 to 10:00 a.m.\n10:30 to 11:30 a.m.\n12:00 to 13:00\n14:00 to 15:00\n15:30 to 16:30\n17:00 to 18:00\n\nTarget group:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with and without prior knowledgeLocation:This event will take place virtually via webinar/video conference. After confirmation of your registration\, you will receive at the latest One day before the event\, you will receive the access data and further information on logging in from the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) by e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is spelled correctly! \n————— \nPlease note the following information: \n\nBy registering\, you confirm that you have taken note of the privacy policy(Privacy Policy – 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de) and legal information(Imprint – Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de)).
The focus is always on the question: How can knowledge be presented in such a way that it really gets across – and has an impact? This webinar is aimed at interested parties from business\, education\, administration and research who are involved in the topic of knowledge transfer or are planning their own formats. \n \nSpeakers: \n\nOgeigha Koroyin\, Research Associate HITeC e.V. – Hamburg Informatics Technology Center\nBernd Hennig\, IT specialist HITeC e.V. – Hamburger Informatik Technologie-Center

SUMMARY:AI consultation hour
DESCRIPTION:AI can reduce energy costs\, relieve your employees and much more. Find out with us where your company can benefit. \n\n\nYou hear everywhere how AI can optimize all areas\, but you want to find out what this means for your company? \nTo give you an idea of how AI is used successfully\, here are two examples: \n\nQuality assurance (QA):QA is often carried out visually. \nSupply chain management:An important area of supply chain management is the assessment of suppliers’ delivery reliability. AI can predict the reliability of deliveries with an approx. 80% probability\, which enables forward planning: regardless of whether you place the order elsewhere or instruct your production to bring forward other orders – you will be prepared. \n\nDo you have a different problem or would you like to find out more? Then book an hour with our AI trainer Christian Bruss. Regardless of whether you already have an elaborate plan for implementing your AI concept or are just reading the letters AI for the first time. \nOur AI trainer will be happy to help you! \nProcedure:By registering\, you agree to a time slot in the period from 9:00 – 18:00. \nChoose from the following time slots: \n\n9:00 to 10:00 a.m.\n10:30 to 11:30 a.m.\n12:00 to 13:00\n14:00 to 15:00\n15:30 to 16:30\n17:00 to 18:00\n\n \nTarget group:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with and without prior knowledge \nLocation:This event will take place virtually via webinar/video conference.
SUMMARY:When change grinds to a halt - strategies for dealing with resistance to AI
DESCRIPTION:Online impulse for specialists and managers in the skilled trades\n\n\nArtificial intelligence is changing work processes in the skilled trades – and brings with it many opportunities. But changes are not always met with approval. Skepticism\, uncertainty and resistance are a natural part of it. If you take a closer look\, you will recognize valuable indications of unanswered questions\, fears or unspoken concerns in the team. \nThis online impulse is aimed at all those who bear responsibility in a trade business and want to consciously and jointly shape change with artificial intelligence.Recommended for all participants in the 2025/2026 digitalization workshop. \n \nWhat you can expectWe start with a look at the causes of resistance in connection with AI and technological change. On this basis\, we will develop a better understanding of the dynamics in change processes. \n \nPractical & interactiveWe work together on practical examples\, share experiences and discuss typical situations from everyday life in the trade. The aim is to develop viable strategies to effectively tackle the journey towards AI – with change management knowledge\, an approachable attitude and many options for action in your backpack. \n \nWould you like to introduce AI in your company – and take everyone with you? Then register now and play an active role in shaping change. \n \nSpeaker \n\nChristine Mish (Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg)\n\n \n \nVenueThe event will take place in the Speicherstadt.
