SUMMARY:Digital measurement
DESCRIPTION:3D measurement made easy – via app\, drone or laser scan\n\n\nDigital measurement and planning of existing buildings has become indispensable\, but 3D drawings of existing buildings are usually very time-consuming. \nThe smartphone is one of the tools that help us here. You can also carry out a digital-style measurement using your smartphone and the associated apps. Some of the documentation is already taken over by these apps. \nThe slightly more professional solution would be to use photogrammetry or laser scanning. Here it is possible to create a 3D drawing relatively quickly. These 3D drawings are also suitable for the digital measurement of rooms\, components\, buildings and terrain. This allows you to scan rooms\, components or even larger buildings or terrain using a reflex camera\, laser scanner and drone photos. \nWith photogrammetry\, the higher the resolution of the photos and also the more photos (from different angles)\, the better the 3D drawing. \nWith the PIX4D program\, the drone’s routes can be planned and the drone takes the necessary photos on its own. So a certain amount of pre-planning is possible in the office. \nWith laser scanning\, the more scans that are carried out\, the more accurate the 3D model will be. \nHere you get a first insight into the digitization of buildings\, rooms\, etc. \nTarget group: \n\nBuilding planner\nElectrical planning (photovoltaics\, lightning protection)\nFacade planning\nFloor layer\nPainting companies\nRoofer\nTechnology enthusiasts\netc.\n\n \nYour benefits:You will be able to save time on customer orders and create detailed documentation for customers using “digital measurement”. \nContents: \n\nWhy digital measurement?\nThe basics of scanning methods\nFunctions of the presented solutions for digital measurement\nWhat do you need to be allowed to fly a drone?\nWhat hardware do you need?\nHow do these programs work?\nHow accurate is this 3D drawing?\n\n \nPrerequisite: \n\nNone\n\n \nSpeaker:Ramon Meyer (Bundestechnologierzentrum für Elektro- und Informationstechnik e.V.) \n \nPlease note the following information: \n\nBy registering\, you confirm that you have taken note of the privacy policy(Privacy Policy – 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de) and legal information(Imprint – Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de)). SUMMARY:AI consultation hour
DESCRIPTION:AI can reduce energy costs\, relieve your employees and much more. Find out with us where your company can benefit. \n\n\nYou hear everywhere how AI can optimize all areas\, but you want to find out what this means for your company? \nTo give you an idea of how AI is used successfully\, here are two examples: \n\nQuality assurance (QA):QA is often carried out visually. Be it by looking at the product or with the help of X-ray images. AI recognizes anomalies at the same level as trained experts\, but much faster. AI can therefore filter out unobjectionable cases at lightning speed\, giving your employees more time to assess unclear cases. This increases performance and frees up your specialists\, who are now available for other tasks. \nSupply chain management:An important area of supply chain management is the assessment of suppliers’ delivery reliability. AI can predict the reliability of deliveries with an approx. 80% probability\, which enables forward planning: regardless of whether you place the order elsewhere or instruct your production to bring forward other orders – you will be prepared. \n\nDo you have a different problem or would you like to find out more? Then book an hour with our AI trainer Christian Bruss. Regardless of whether you already have an elaborate plan for implementing your AI concept or are just reading the letters AI for the first time. \nOur AI trainer will be happy to help you! \nProcedure:By registering\, you agree to a time slot in the period from 9:00 – 18:00. Your final time slot for the AI consultation hour will be allocated to you by our AI trainer. The sender of the e-mail with the information about your personal time slot and your access data is the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). In addition\, our AI trainer will contact you in advance to define your individual wishes with regard to the content of the AI consultation hour. \nChoose from the following time slots: \n\n9:00 to 10:00 a.m.\n10:30 to 11:30 a.m.\n12:00 to 13:00\n14:00 to 15:00\n15:30 to 16:30\n17:00 to 18:00\n\n \nTarget group:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with and without prior knowledge \nLocation:This event will take place virtually via webinar/video conference. After confirmation of your registration\, you will receive at the latest One day before the event\, you will receive the access data and further information on logging in from the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) by e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is spelled correctly! \n————— \nPlease note the following information: \n\nBy registering\, you confirm that you have taken note of the privacy policy(Privacy Policy – 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de) and legal information(Imprint – Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de)). SUMMARY:Recognize and solve the most important problems: Digital shopfloor management
DESCRIPTION:This workshop shows you how to overhaul and maintain your “company gearbox” with digital shopfloor management.\n\n\nKnow that the most important problems are recognized and solved: Digital shopfloor management \nWhen I come into the company\, I want to work together like a well-oiled machine. If everyone made the right decisions in their area of responsibility\, good results and a good working atmosphere would be guaranteed. But why do things get stuck so often – and how can this be changed? This workshop will show you how to use digital store floor management to overhaul and maintain your company’s gears in order to achieve business results! \nIt grinds when individual areas do not (or cannot) work properly or the coordination between them does not fit. Store floor management aims to ensure that departmental goals are coordinated and that problems are identified and solved. The classic paper-based SFM can already help here\, but is practiced in very different ways. As a manager or lean leader\, I am never sure whether major problems are already being dealt with in the right place or whether they will escalate tomorrow. \nWith an interactive display of current performance data\, warning and assistance systems for identifying and processing problems and statistics on work in digital store floor management\, not only do I recognize the most important problems immediately\, but I know that my colleagues and employees do too. Measures take effect early and effectively – and the gears are running smoothly. \nIn 90 minutes\, we will show you how to successfully introduce a digital store floor management system and provide you with templates to realize the full potential of dSFM in your company. \nIn this workshop you will learn: \n\nWhat are the success factors in store floor management?\nWhat strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities and risks are associated with the digitalization of SFM?\nHow do different variants of dSFM affect your company?\nWhat steps should you take to successfully implement your dSFM?\nWhat value does a dSFM create? (with template) \nWhat requirements should you use to select a dSFM? (with template) \n\nModerator:Florian Dörries\, employee at the Mittelsand Digital Center Hamburg \nSpeaker:Dr.-Ing. Marvin Müller\, Customer Success Manager at SFM Systems GmbH \n\n8 years of experience in the introduction of analog and digital SFM\nResearched text mining methods in digital store floor management in the CiP process learning factory at the PTW of TU Darmstadt\nAuthor of the book “Digital Shopfloor Management: Introduction\, Success Concepts\, Tools”\n\nTarget group: \n\nManagers\, decision-makers\, employees and interested parties\nThe focus is on production\, but SFM can also be used successfully in other sectors.\n\nLevel of knowledge \n\nBasics of store floor management\n\nLocation: \nThe event will take place virtually as a webinar/video conference. \n \nPlease note the following information: \n\nBy registering\, you confirm that you have taken note of the privacy policy(Privacy Policy – 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de) and legal information(Imprint – Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg 2024 (digitalzentrum-hamburg.de)). SUMMARY:Crises\, deficiencies\, bottlenecks - tackle them in 60 minutes with AI (consultation hour)
SUMMARY:GENius AI Workshop | AI & Art - Creativity redefined
DESCRIPTION:Discover how AI is redefining art! Create your own creative works with generative AI and help shape the future of art. \n\n\nThe GENius AI Workshop project is a series of workshops aimed at young people aged between 13 to 16 years old. The aim of the series is to provide young people with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of generative artificial intelligence (AI). In addition to teaching the basic concepts of generative AI\, the series also offers insights into specific areas of application that are relevant for both the personal and professional development of the participants. \n \n\nThe workshops each last three hours and are divided into different phases. A brief welcome is followed by a theoretical introduction to Generative AI. The participants then work in groups on a task tailored to the respective topic. An additional aspect of the workshops is the discussion of ethical issues\, in particular on topics such as deep fakes and social responsibility in dealing with AI. Each workshop is rounded off with a reflection round and a joint conclusion. \n \n\nThe series focuses on three main topics that illustrate the versatility of generative AI in different contexts:(one topic will be covered per workshop\, which topic is covered depends on the event title) \nFuture Skills – Job Search & Application 2.0: In this workshop\, young people will learn how AI is influencing the world of work and how it can provide support in the job search and application process. The aim is to prepare participants for the changing requirements of the job market and provide them with practical tools. \nTech for Tomorrow – Climate and AI: This workshop deals with the role of AI in the fight against climate change. Young people will learn how technological innovations in the field of AI contribute to the development of sustainable solutions and how they can actively help shape them. \nAI & Art – creativity redefined: This shows how artificial intelligence can contribute to the creation of new works of art. Participants are empowered to initiate their own creative processes and use AI to design art projects. \n \n\nThe GENius AI workshop series not only provides participants with practical skills and encourages them to learn about the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence and to reflect on the ethical aspects of these technologies. In this way\, a well-founded\, responsible and at the same time opportunity-oriented attitude in dealing with AI is promoted. \n \n\nDo you still have questions? Then please contact Laura Tönnsen or Caro Memah at the following e-mail addresses: \ntoennsen@aric-hamburg.decm@aric-hamburg.de \n \n\nPublic funding:This workshop project is funded by the Hamburg Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training as part of the Media and Education Project Fund.

SUMMARY:Crises\, deficiencies\, bottlenecks - tackle them in 60 minutes with AI (consultation hour)
Then book a lesson with our AI trainer Christian Bruss.
