Success factors in AI projects: Dealing with resistance

Artificial intelligence offers great opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises – but many projects fail not because of the technology, but because of human resistance. In this online session, you will learn why such resistance arises and how companies can deal with it constructively.
The event provides a practical insight into the factors that influence the success of AI projects in companies. In addition to expert input from the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hamburg, an AI manager will report on her practical experience of introducing an AI project – including the challenges posed by human resistance and the most important lessons learned.
