What awaits you in the 4-part workshop series

1. develop a project roadmap
You lay the foundations for your AI project: Clarify goals, define benefits, determine roles and create a suitable process for your company.

2. requirements catalog & own GPT (optional with consultation hour)
You understand the basic AI logic, develop an initial requirements catalog and build an AI agent as a minimal version to make your requirements directly tangible.

3. provider speed dating (optional with consultation hour)
You get to know different providers and solutions – compact and comparable. Optionally, you will receive support with organizational changes and open AI questions.

4th hackathon – first steps towards implementation
You’ll get down to practical work: Accompanied and supported by experts, you’ll start setting up your AI telephone assistant.
