I will explore why standard LLMs and vector search fall short in complex regulatory environments where relationships have consequences. I will demonstrate how to transition from “PDF Hell” to structured Knowledge Graphs using Neo4j, enabling accurate, auditable answers for government use cases. Attendees will learn how to implement a hybrid architecture combining Azure AI with sovereign, air-gapped data layers, and discover practical techniques for preserving document hierarchy using GraphRAG and NeoDash.
