As of August 2, 2026, operators of generative AI systems—that is, in practice, AI users—must label so-called deepfakes and certain AI-generated texts.This presentation provides a concise overview of the new transparency requirement for AI-generated or AI-edited content pursuant to Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act.
