Becoming resilient, but how? – Practical impulses in 30 minutes

November 25 @ 14:00 - 14:30
Practical impulses for stable supply chains in SMEs

Global uncertainties, volatile markets, geopolitical tensions and rising customer demands are increasing the pressure on supply chains – even for small and medium-sized enterprises. Many SMEs are therefore increasingly focusing on the topic of resilience. But which risks are currently coming to the fore, which approaches are being pursued – and where are the typical challenges in implementation?

In this 30-minute, compact online presentation, you will receive a practice-oriented overview of current key risks in value and supply chains as well as relevant fields of action that companies in the SME sector are currently addressing.

We provide insights into which projects are being taken up in practice, which measures can contribute to strengthening resilience and which hurdles can often be observed.
