The workshop shows how AI is introduced in the company and offers a roadmap based on the “AI Navigator” research project.

Artificial intelligence can create added value in many areas of a company – from increasing efficiency by automating time-consuming processes to using generative AI as an assistant for daily tasks and opening up new business areas. The key question is no longer when, but how AI should be introduced in your own company. To answer this question, a roadmap for the introduction of AI will be presented in this workshop. Results from the “AI Navigator” research project will be presented and adapted to the specific requirements of the participants.

The focus is on taking your individual needs into account and offering practical solutions.

  • Use cases: Concrete examples illustrate how AI can be used to make company processes more efficient.
  • Strategies for introducing AI: We present you with a practice-oriented introduction concept that has been specially developed for small and medium-sized companies. You will learn step by step how to introduce AI.
  • Discussion: Bring in your questions and ideas to develop solutions together.
