Public funding: from strategy to successful approval

February 26 @ 15:00 - 17:00
Workshop on funding programs and the efficient preparation of applications.

English version below

The funding landscape is complex, but offers enormous opportunities for innovation and growth. But which program is right for your project? What do reviewers really look for? How can artificial intelligence help with the creation of project outlines?

On 26 February, EDIH Hamburg is organizing a workshop on funding programmes, funding, project submission and tips on best practices. In our two-hour event, we will clarify the main challenges of public funding and explain the strategies for the optimal design of applications.

The workshop is aimed at companies of all sizes, start-ups, academic or research institutions and representatives of public administration. This is the first in a series of workshops that we have planned for 2026.

You will learn this in the workshop:

  • Which are the central funding institutions and programs at European, national and local level?
  • How do you create the basis for a convincing application with a structured checklist?
  • What advantages and challenges arise from the use of artificial intelligence in the application process?
  • How do you create a successful project outline? Best practices from the perspective of an experienced reviewer.

The workshop lasts two hours and will be held as a hybrid event. You have the option of registering for either in-person or online participation.

  • Suitable for start-ups, companies and specialists from science, research and public administration.
